Intense colour with garnet reflections. Ageing gives a slight tone of brick. At the nose, elegant bouquet, vinous with mild almond vein.
On the palate velvety, excellent fabric, perfectly harmonious.
Recommended with dishes of meat, roasted meat, mushrooms and piquant cheeses.
Vinification: traditional in made chilled.
Maturation: properly aged in barriques.

ETNA ROSSO FIRRIATO D.O.C.

Ruby red colour with light brick reflection.
Intense, characteristic, aristocratic.
Taste dry, velvety, soft; resinous, pleasantly tangy.
Paired grilled meat, roasted meat, game and piquant cheeses. Vinification: traditional in made.
Maturation: in Slavonian oak casks. Bottled after 12 months.

Merlot grapes from distinguished dry land sites have made a wine with a strong deep purple colour and lifted plum and spice aromas.
The palate starts deep, with dark elegant and spicy flavours.
Barrel fermentation has given dimension and texture to the dark cherry fruit and leads to a concentrated and persistent finish.

NERO D'AVOLA I.G.T.

Alcohol: 14%
A blend of Sicily’s indigenous Nero d’Avola with Shiraz, this wine has a deep purple colour and lifted savoury aromas from Nero d’Avola and the spice and sweetness of Shiraz.

The flavours are intense and concentrated with pungent fruit flavours leading to a spicy - oak finish.

SHIRAZ D’STINTO I.G.T.

Alcohol: 13.5%
This wine has a strong deep purple colour and a lifted spicy aroma with blackberry and pepper notes.

The palate starts with spicy flavours; barrel fermentation has given an extra complexity and texture to the wine.
