GEWURTZTRAMINER D.O.C. Tolloy

From the collaboration between Mezzacorona and Cantina Salorno born the Tolloy line of wines, dedicated to Johann Tolloy, the innkeeper of one of most famous inns of the Alto Adige of the beginning of 1700s.
Wine originating in South Tyrol, the nose has intense of citrus fruit, flowers, honey and ripe fruit and the taste is distinctly fruity, with hints of aromatic herbs.
Ideal to accompany dishes of crustaceans, asparagus and cheese.
Service temperature recommended: 10-12°C

TEROLDEGO I.G.T.

The Teroldego is the variety prince of enology thirty. It is a variety of origins indigenous, and has found its homeland uncontested in the Piana Rotaliana, cities close to the hills of Avisio. The plant grows well on debris alluvial, structured and clay, well drained and fertile as in the case of cities of Pian dei Sorni, Sorni and sornello.

Origin: from the hills of Avisio, where it finds its natural location.
Grape varieties: Teroldego, indigenous varieties of Trentino.
It goes with dishes equipped with personality as the game.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
