This wine is obtained from a careful blend of Sauvignon and Franc Cabernet grapes, so as to enhance their body and characteristic scent in a single product. It is particularly well suited to roast and grilled red meats.

Color: intense ruby red colour with greenish mahogany nail.
Bouquet: nature and intensity with hints of ripe fruit and jam of cherries.
Taste: very net with sweet initial sensations that evolve on notes of alcohol dry and complexity of the property. Final long and persistent with hints of vanilla.
Serving suggestions: flavoursome dishes, grilled and roasted meats, game, cheese and slightly spicy.
Meditation wine excellent to end a meal.
